Rohlsen airport, and 10 minutes from the Seaborne Airlines Seaplane base in Christiansted.  Our central location on the island makes it easy to get from one place to another, and then back again when you’re ready to exchange the briefcase for a bathing suit and take a splash in the pool or ocean.

The former Hovensa Oil Refinery, the Renaissance Park and Cruzan Rum are a 15-20 minute drive “over the hill” from the north shore to the south shore. Also a short 10 minute distance is centrally located Sunny Isle where the Juan F. Luis Hospital, medical offices, large retail chains, and corporate headquarters for the Virgin Islands’ communications company all conduct their business on St. Croix daily. Internet Service 
Internet in the guest rooms is spotty at times and not guaranteed, so we provide a computer with high-speed internet connection in the lobby that is available to guests at no charge.   Complimentary Wireless Internet is also available in our lobby/reception, restaurant, bar and pool area, in addition to our air-conditioned Conference Room.

Cellular Phone Service
The cell phone signal at The Palms at Pelican Cove is crystal clear for AT&T and Sprint network subscribers. If you are on another network, please consult with your service provider to make sure your plan will give you uninterrupted service on St. Croix. Local calls from your room phone are free.

The Extra Mile
Our friendly staff is more than happy to arrange for your special requests. Please specify in advance when booking if you require a rental car, limo, or taxi.

Meeting Facilities
Our 1155 square-foot air-conditioned conference room can be set up any number of ways.  Catering options from Continental Breakfast to Snack and Beverage Services are available for your business function, corporate retreat, and employee incentive trips. Adjoining the conference room is a 1,600 square foot banquet room for larger gatherings.  A few feet away from both is Pelican Cove Beach, a wide expanse of soft sand meeting warm turquoise Caribbean Sea waters.

If the convenience of The Palms affords you a few extra minutes a day, you can sneak in a “day-cation”. Enjoy some of the guest amenities and hotel recreation we offer.
